By booking a session with Cosmic Wellness, you agree to the following
terms and conditions:
- Clients are responsible for informing the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns prior to the session.
- Cosmic Wellness is not liable for any pre-existing conditions or injuries that may be affected by massage.
- By booking a session, the client acknowledges that massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment.
- Cosmic Wellness provides strictly professional therapeutic mobile massage services only.
- The therapist reserves the right to refuse services if a client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or if the environment is unsafe.
- Any sexual advances, harassment, inappropriate comments, or misconduct toward the therapist will not be tolerated. If inappropriate behavior occurs, the session will be terminated immediately without refund. In case of predatory or threatening behavior, law enforcement will be notified.
- Payments must be made in advance to confirm your booking.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice, or failure to attend the appointment, will result in forfeiture of the full session fee.
