Massage Therapy Terms and Conditions

By booking a session with Cosmic Wellness, you agree to the following booking policies and terms and conditions: 

Clients are responsible for informing the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns prior to the session to ensure a safe environment for therapeutic massage. Cosmic Wellness is not liable for any pre-existing conditions or injuries that may be affected by massage therapy. By booking a session, the client acknowledges that therapeutic massage is not a substitute for medical treatment. 

Cosmic Wellness provides strictly professional therapeutic mobile massage services. The therapist reserves the right to refuse services if a client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or if the environment is deemed unsafe. Any sexual advances, harassment, inappropriate comments, or misconduct toward the therapist will not be tolerated. If any inappropriate behavior occurs, the session will be terminated immediately without refund. In cases of predatory or threatening behavior, law enforcement will be notified. 

Payments must be made in advance to confirm your booking. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice or a failure to attend the appointment will result in forfeiture of the full session fee.
